Indian surprise

Alan, a friend of mine who works as a reporter for Reforma, send me this picture the other day.  He took it about 3 years ago, when @checoivan , David, Belli and I were on India to compete on the Imagine Cup world finals (Alan was there covering the news).

Seeing the picture made me reflect on how much things have change since then, for the best. In 2006 I was a computer science student in Guadalajara, halfway through my degree. Since then, due to a lot of hard work, a lot of help from my friends and a measure of good luck, I've been able to get an internship on IBM, be at two Imagine Cup world finals, move out of my grandparent's, become a consultant in Mexico City and now living in Seattle and working at Microsoft. Talk about a good roll!

Things have definetely changed a lot since that astrologer was reading my palm in Agra. Thanks a lot to everyone that was always there for me. You know who you are.
